TVS ILP INVESTS 125 CR IN CUTTACK FOR NEW WAREHOUSE FACILITY SIGNALING ODISHA’S EXPANSION IN THE EASTERN MARKET
“TVS ILP Initiates Construction of New Warehouse in Cuttack, Odisha”
TVS ILP, a leading warehousing player and part of the TVS Mobility Group, has commenced the development of a state-of-the-art warehouse in Cuttack, Odisha, signaling its expansion efforts in the Eastern Markets. Spanning 24 acres, the upcoming facility will house two warehouses covering 5 lakh square feet, catering to sectors like FMCG, FMCD, 3PL, and e-commerce. Situated strategically at the junction of the Mumbai and Chennai-Kolkata highways, the warehouse offers excellent connectivity to the Paradip port and major parts of the country.
With an investment of around Rs 125 Crore, the project is slated for completion by December 2024, projecting to generate over 110 direct jobs and 500 to 1,000 indirect employment opportunities. Emphasizing sustainability, the logistics park will integrate green building principles and pursue Edge Advanced Green Building certification. Manikandan Ramachandran, COO of TVS ILP, underscored the significance of the facility in enabling efficient business operations, creating employment, and advancing connectivity in the region.
