Somnath highlighted ISRO’s extensive project portfolio, spanning rocket, satellite, application, and technology development initiatives. India’s recent space achievements include the successful Chandrayaan-3 moon landing and the launch of the Aditya-L1 solar mission. The Gaganyaan project aims to demonstrate human spaceflight capability, with plans for a crewed mission orbiting Earth for three days.
